Our building in Arthur has been the home of the community’s conveyancing and legal services for over a century.
The firm, in it’s current iteration, was originally established by David Duncan Smith, Q.C. in 1968 who followed his father and uncle into the profession. Angela Alaimo joined David and Robert Janzen in 1984 after having spent years prior as a clerk and then as an articling student. In 2015, Angela became a sole practitioner.
Meet Angela
Angela has been practicing law for over forty years in Arthur, having attended elementary and high school in the community and then graduating with her Bachelor’s in English from McMaster University and from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
Angela and her husband raised their three daughters in Arthur before recently moving to Waterloo, where Angela has a home office and enjoys ending her work days with a walk through the park with her dog, Bagel.
Angela and her legal assistant, Andrea, work together to provide excellent, thorough, and friendly legal services.
